AESA SA成功收购德国Schuetz Messtechnik GmbH的部分资产

AESA SA宣布，公司成功收购了德国Schuetz Messtechnik GmbH部分资产。此次收购将增强 AESA 在电缆测量和高精度仪器领域的创新能力。

AESA 总部位于瑞士纳沙泰尔附近的Bevaix，是电力电缆与通信电缆高精度测量仪器及实验室检测解决方案的全球领先者。随着市场对具有明确定义电气特性的电缆需求日益增长， AESA 率先开发了多项创新技术和解决方案，用于优化生产流程、降低原材料消耗，从而提升可持续性。

AESA SA has acquired selected assets of Schuetz Messtechnik GmbH out of insolvency proceedings.

 

Bevaix, Switzerland, February 18 2026: AESA SA announcing that it has acquired selected assets of Schuetz Messtechnik GmbH following the passing of its founder, Detlef Schuetz. This transaction strengthens AESA innovation capabilities in cable metrology and high precision instrumentation.

Headquartered in Bevaix near Neuchatel, Switzerland, AESA is a global leader in high quality measuring instruments and laboratory testing solutions for energy and telecom cables.  With an ever increasing demand for cables with well-defined electrical properties, AESA has spearheaded numerous novel technologies and solutions optimizing production processes, reducing raw material consumption, and thus enhancing sustainability.

Founded in the 1960s and with its deep roots in academia through decades of collaboration with Research Institutes and renown electronic companies, Schuetz Messtechnik has led the development of high accuracy ohmmeters and related devices for the qualification of transformers and testing of sheet surface resistance.
